PERSONAL

(My interests, hobbies, soft skills)

Outside of the digital world, I'm an avid traveler, always curious about new cultures and perspectives. This curiosity fuels my creativity and empathy, allowing me to design with a broad, inclusive vision. My journey in design is not just about pixels and code, but about understanding people and their interactions with technology. I believe that the best designs come from a blend of diverse experiences, continuous learning, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

(SOFT SKILLS)
EMPATHY STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING
Using what I learned, I made the checkout process simpler by cutting down the number of steps and reducing the information needed. I also added mobile payment options to make it even easier.
PROACTIVE APPROACH
In collaboration with a Project Manager, I initiated and implemented a new design process that streamlined our workflows, resulting in a 10% efficiency increase. This proactive change significantly improved project turnaround times and overall team productivity.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
After implementing the main page design for a website, I observed discrepancies in margins and element appearances. I organized a meeting, maintaining a supportive and collaborative tone throughout, emphasizing problem-solving over blame. Together, we resolved the issues, which not only eliminated the design discrepancies but also strengthened our team collaboration.
COMMUNICATION
I have strong communication skills that have been instrumental in my interactions with teams of up to five people. My ability to effectively communicate has consistently helped me find common ground, avoid conflicts, organize team-building activities, and maintain friendly and pleasant relationships with colleagues. This has not only enhanced teamwork but also positively impacted our work environment.
